You keep control of your data at all times. We factor data protection and data sovereignty into planning from day one. We run your systems with carefully selected providers whose data centres are in Germany or the EU, so your data falls under European data protection law (GDPR). Your data belongs to you and you can export it in a common format at any time; we do not lock you into proprietary solutions. Transfers are encrypted and access is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis. Updates and regular backups are part of ongoing operations.

We run AI solutions with providers whose data centres are in Germany or the EU; on request with open-source models on infrastructure that runs for you alone. Which documents and fields a model sees at all is agreed together up front. We only choose providers that do not use your data to train their models. A person checks uncertain cases, and every decision stays traceable in the logs.

Your project is managed by us in Würzburg and you have one fixed contact person. Delivery is handled by our own team, together with established development partners where needed. Only our team in Germany has access to your production data. Responsibility and communication always stay with us.

The initial call is free and non-binding. Afterwards you get an honest assessment and, if it is a fit, a concrete quote. If your project is still unclear, we propose a first manageable step – for example a fixed-price AI process check in which we review one workflow and tell you clearly whether and how AI pays off there. The fee is credited if we build it.

It depends on the scope. Larger projects are delivered in stages so you see first results early. You receive a concrete timeline with our quote.

We build custom software and web apps, automate processes, build AI solutions for concrete tasks such as reading invoices or sorting enquiries, advise on digitalization, run IT systems and create websites – and look after all of it after go-live. Every software and website project comes with an optional maintenance contract so your system stays secure and up to date.

Yes. With a maintenance contract we take care of updates, security, backups and small changes. What exactly is included is agreed together in the contract.
